Do you do brand strategy or just design?
Both. Every engagement starts with a discovery and positioning session - we need to understand your business, your market, and your audience before we open Figma. The visual identity flows from that strategy.
How many logo concepts do you present?
Two distinct directions. We've found that more choices create decision paralysis rather than better outcomes. Each direction is presented with clear rationale so your feedback is grounded in the strategy, not just personal preference.
Can you refresh an existing brand rather than start from scratch?
Yes. If you have an existing identity that's close but not quite right, we can audit it and scope a refresh - evolving what's working while fixing what isn't. This is often faster and less expensive than starting from scratch.
What file formats do you deliver?
SVG (vector, scalable to any size), PNG (transparent background, for web and digital), PDF (for print), and Figma source files. Dark and light mode variants are included in all plans.
Do you design brand collateral (business cards, pitch decks, etc.)?
Not in the standard plans, but it can be scoped as an add-on. The Full Brand plan includes a presentation template and email signature. Physical print collateral can be quoted separately.
